Okay, so I have a LOT of work left to do on this blog, but lets just start out by saying that I believe firmly in two things. God made us to eat real food. Monsanto wants us to eat GMOs. Where you go from there is up to you.
Yes, I believe in God, conspiracy theories, I have great faith in the good of people everywhere, I see big brother in a lot of things...
But one thing I know for sure...knowledge, like trouble, does a magic trick when it's shared. Unlike trouble, though, it is not reduced, or divided. Knowledge, when shared, grows, multiplies, and returns to the sharer in a new, unexpected form. I feel strongly that with all the info out there, it helps to hone the info to a point, focused, and powerful.
My point?
I feel that nutrition is both sustenance and medicine. If we do it right, we'll never need pharmecuticals again.
So, I am documenting my journey, discoveries, and awesome ideas. Feel free to share this, and your ideas, as that is what this is really all about.
